Our Frequently Asked Questions.
Just contact us! We can navigate our booking system in a matter of seconds to pull up our schedule for any day to see which vehicles we still have open. If you have your heart set on a particular party bus or limousine, we recommend booking at least several weeks in advance (especially during our peak season). Our vehicles are first come, first serve, and they can't be held for you unless a deposit is paid.
We often offer special packages with extra amenities for weddings, birthdays, and other special occasions. Just let us know what your event is when you call for a quote, and we will let you know what we can do for you! Enjoy red carpet service, personalized decorations, bottled water, and champagne!
Payment in full is due at the beginning of service. You may pay in cash or by major credit or debit card. You may also pay by phone ahead of the date of the run. A deposit is due on a credit or debit card in order to make a reservation. Any overage charges accrued during the trip will be due at the final drop off location.
In order to keep our business running smoothly, we cannot allow you to switch dates or cancel after you have put down a deposit. Once you make a reservation, you are responsible for the vehicle on that date. We can allow you to adjust your time of service or vehicle size as long as it doesn't conflict with our other bookings.
No. We are very flexible when it comes to your itinerary. Ultimately, it is up to you where you end up during your contracted time. It is helpful for our drivers to know where you are going ahead of time so they can plan their routes, but each driver carries a GPS, so they should be able to get you to any location without issues.
Yes! You are welcome to go wherever you like! Please keep in mind that a small fuel surcharge may be added to your total if you travel outside of our local area. If this is the case, you will be notified before your trip. Check out the "Service Area" link at the top of the page to find out if your destinations are in our local area.
